For A&Rs

The A&R view your
roster deserves.

Stop chasing WeTransfer links and asking which mix is final. Wavra shows every artist's status the moment it changes — and who has actually listened.

One

Pipeline for the whole roster, instead of a folder per artist.

Every

Play, comment and version logged against the track itself.

Zero

Expiring transfer links to re-request three weeks later.

01 — The pipeline

Everything moving toward release, in one view.

Demo, mixed, mastered, ready. Status lives on the track, so the answer to “where is that record” is a glance rather than four messages.

02 — Listening data

Know what landed, not just what was sent.

Every play is recorded against the share link that produced it. You can see what got finished, what got skipped, and what nobody has opened at all.

03 — Teams

Invite the roster. Get a room with it.

Creating a team opens a group chat for exactly those people. Invite links are single-use by default and every join request needs your approval, so the room stays the room.

Questions

Do my artists need to pay?

No. A&Rs invite producers and artists into a team, and everyone in that team gets access to the shared catalog and its group chat.

Can producers see each other’s work?

Only what is shared with the team. Private albums stay private, and a producer never sees another producer’s catalog unless the owner shares it.

What happens to a track when someone leaves the roster?

The owner keeps their music. Removing someone from a team revokes their access to the shared albums, and any share links they created can be revoked from the album page.

Can I listen without an account?

Yes. Share links work in the browser and can be password-protected, single-use, or both — useful for sending a record to someone outside the roster.
