Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how paid subscriptions to Wavra are billed, how to cancel, and when you may be entitled to a refund. Wavra is operated by TPCOMMERCE LTD (United Kingdom). It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
1. The free plan
Wavra’s Solo plan is free and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can use it for as long as you like.
2. Paid subscriptions
Paid plans (such as Studio and Roster) are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly unless stated otherwise — through our payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings, or by emailing support@wavra.io. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then does not renew. Your account isn’t deleted — it simply returns to the free plan, and your content remains subject to the free plan’s limits.
4. Refunds on subscriptions
Because subscriptions give you immediate, ongoing access, payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period after you cancel. This does not affect your legal rights described below.
5. Your 14-day cancellation right (UK/EU)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of a digital service for a refund. However, when you subscribe you ask us to start providing the service immediately, and you acknowledge that once it has been fully provided you lose this right. Where the service has only been partly provided within that period, any refund may be reduced to reflect the use you’ve had. If you believe the 14-day right applies to you, contact us and we’ll deal with your request in line with the law.
6. If something is wrong
Your statutory rights always apply. If a paid feature is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, a re-supply or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Tell us what went wrong and we’ll put it right.
7. Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged twice for the same subscription, or billed after cancelling due to an error on our side, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge.
8. How to request a refund
Email support@wavra.io from the address on your account, telling us which charge you mean and why. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
9. Chargebacks
If you don’t recognise a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Raising a chargeback for a legitimate, correctly-billed subscription may result in your account being suspended.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our plans evolve. Changes will be shown by the date at the top of this page and won’t affect a refund request you’ve already made.
