Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Wavra (“we”, “us”) governing your use of wavra.io and its services. By creating an account or using Wavra, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the service.
Wavra is operated by TPCOMMERCE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Tomasz Podlaszewski). Contact support@wavra.io. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. Who can use Wavra
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password secure and don’t share your login. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. Your account
You provide an accurate email address and verify it when you sign up. You may edit your profile at any time, and you may delete your account at any time from Settings — deletion is permanent and removes your content from the service.
3. Your content and who owns it
You keep ownership of everything you upload — your tracks, project files, artwork and messages. We don’t claim any ownership of your music.
To operate the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, reproduce and transmit your content only as needed to provide Wavra to you and the people you choose to share with — for example, storing a file, streaming a track, or generating a waveform. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already made by people you shared with, and routine backups that expire on their normal schedule. We do not sell your content or use it to train anything.
4. Copyright — only upload what you have the right to
You must only upload music and files that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload anything that infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights.
If you believe content on Wavra infringes your rights, email support@wavra.io with enough detail to identify the work and where it appears, and we will review and remove infringing material where appropriate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe.
5. Acceptable use
When using Wavra, you agree not to:
- Upload anything unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Upload malware, or files that aren’t genuine music or project files (uploads are limited to audio and music-production formats).
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent the service’s security or usage limits, or access data that isn’t yours.
- Harass, abuse or impersonate others, or send spam through messages or invites.
- Resell or misrepresent the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Storage limits and plans
Free accounts include a fixed amount of storage (currently 5 GB, counting audio and project files). If you reach your limit, your existing files remain available and downloadable, but new uploads are paused until you free up space. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled; billing, cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Service availability
We work to keep Wavra running, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we’ll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can. Keep your own backups of anything important — Wavra is a place to share and collaborate, not your only copy.
8. Termination
You can stop using Wavra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or the platform. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your content may be removed.
9. Disclaimers
Wavra is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for content uploaded by users, or for arrangements you make with collaborators through the service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Wavra after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
